Refunds

If you are unhappy with a paid plan for any reason, email hello@citeable.tools within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not have to justify it, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

Beyond 14 days, if we failed to run the checks you paid for in a given month, tell us and we will refund that month prorated. Our own run logs record which checks ran and which were deferred, so this is a fact we can look up rather than a matter of opinion.

Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the plan until the period you have already paid for ends. We do not cut you off early, because you paid for it.

Dodo Payments is our merchant of record, so refunds are returned through them to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Scanning is free and unlimited, with the full result and nothing withheld. There is nothing to refund there, and no card is required to use it.
